Rebecca “Garrett” Fischer, PA-C, began her career in aesthetic medicine in San Francisco, California, where she trained under renowned cosmetic dermatologist and injector Dr. Kathleen Welsh, founder of Bay Area Cosmetic Dermatology. It was during this time that she developed both a passion for aesthetic medicine and a discerning eye for the natural, understated results that continue to define her approach today.
After more than a decade in aesthetics, Garrett recognized the need for a different kind of practice — one where appointments are never rushed and treatment plans are never one-size-fits-all. She founded Reverie Skin Co. to create a space where clients feel comfortable asking questions, never pressured into treatments they don’t need, and confident that every recommendation is thoughtfully considered.
Every treatment plan is guided by one belief: aesthetic medicine should enhance what already exists, never alter it. If a treatment isn’t the right choice, it won’t be recommended. And if another provider is better suited to help someone reach their goals, that recommendation will always be made. Protecting each client’s trust, and their results, will always matter more than any transaction.
In addition to aesthetic injectables, Garrett’s background in cosmetic dermatology allows Reverie to offer in-office removal of skin tags and other benign skin lesions, providing an efficient alternative to waiting months for a dermatology appointment.
Reverie Skin Co. was intentionally designed to remain boutique and low-volume, allowing every client to receive thoughtful, personalized care and the time they deserve. From the very first consultation, Garrett’s goal is always the same — to help each client look refreshed, confident, and unmistakably like themselves.
Because the best compliment isn’t that someone notices your treatment. It’s that they notice you.
